Wolf DF304 Dual Fuel Range Repair
The DF304 pairs sealed gas burners and electronic ignition on top with an electric convection oven underneath, in a 30-inch body that most often sits between cabinets or at the end of a cooking wall. Production ran from 2002 to 2020, so many of the ones we visit have cooked daily for years.
A single control board handles burner ignition, oven heating and the self-clean cycle, and that shapes how we work. When the cooktop and the oven both act up in the same week, we examine that board and its connections before blaming two separate parts. A burner that clicks and never catches is usually a dirt or moisture problem at the burner itself, while an oven that lags behind its setting belongs to the electric side, not the gas.
You get a written price before work starts, and the repair carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. If you smell gas, shut the supply and call us from outside the kitchen.
Most often the burner head is dirty or damp, or the electrode beside it is worn. We clean and dry it, test the spark, then tell you plainly whether a part is needed, with a written price first.
Electric. The DF304 is a Dual Fuel range, so gas feeds only the sealed burners while the convection oven heats electrically. That means an oven that will not reach temperature is looked at as an electrical heating matter, separate from the burners.
Not necessarily, since the oven heats electrically. Because one board manages both sides, though, we would rather inspect it soon, and any gas smell means shutting the supply and calling right away.
