On Wolf DFxx50 dual fuel ranges from 2020 on, such as the DF30450/S/P and DF36450G/S/P, code 0521 means the broil element DLB is shorted. The control sees an electrical short in the broil element's driver circuit, so it shuts the broil element down for safety.
