A 0122 code on a Wolf dual fuel DFxx50 range from 2020 on, for example the DF60650CG/S/P or DF30450/S/P, points to the right convection element drive being shorted in the left oven. The control sees that output as closed when it should be open. The display shows 0122 and the left oven's convection function may be locked out. The right oven may carry on as normal.
1. Switch the oven off and wait for it to cool all the way. 2. Switch the range breaker off for one minute, then back on. 3. Start a short bake in the left oven and watch for 0122. 4. If it returns, switch the breaker off and stop using that oven. 5. Call us. Please do not open panels or test the wiring yourself.
It says the right convection element drive is shorted in the left oven on the DFxx50 dual fuel range. The control is reporting its own switching circuit, not a gas problem or a missing part you can see.
We would pause. A circuit that reads shorted can give heat you did not request. Until we have tested it, treat the oven as unavailable and cook on another surface.
Often we can find the cause in a single visit. If a part must be ordered, we say so before leaving, give you the price in writing, and schedule the return.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
