On Wolf CSO convection steam ovens, including the CSO30 series, E61 with U2 means under voltage in the mains power supply, or a main calibration error. The oven shows the pair when it sees a supply lower than it needs, and it will not run until the supply is right.
1. Kill power at the panel. 2. See if other large appliances were running at the same moment, and turn them off. 3. Restore power. 4. When E61 / U2 returns, keep the oven off and phone us.
Heavy loads on a weak supply can pull voltage down. Try the oven with them off.
E61 pairs with U2 and E62 pairs with U3. Both list under voltage and a calibration error.
If low voltage is present on other appliances, yes. Otherwise we can check the oven.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
