Wolf M Series Code 1D21: Both upper broil element DLbs open

What 1D21 means

Wolf M Series wall ovens show 1D21 when both DLB circuits for the upper oven's broil elements are read as open at once. The control cannot complete a path to either broil element. The code appears on the display and the upper oven will not broil, though other cooking modes may work. Heating may drop out partway through a cycle, which is easy to mistake for a thermostat problem.
