On Wolf M Series wall ovens such as the SO30 and DO30, 0121 tells you the upper right convection element relay reads shorted. The control reads the third digit as priority. Its partner 0122 covers the lower right convection element relay. Expect the code on the display and convection modes that will not start.
1. Switch the oven off and let it cool. 2. Turn the breaker off for a minute and back on. 3. Try a convection bake cycle once. 4. If 0121 returns or the oven acts oddly, leave it off. 5. Call us; do not remove panels.
It is one of the convection heating elements in the oven. Code 0121 means its relay reads shorted. We record what we measured so you can see exactly why a part was recommended.
0122 is the lower right convection relay with the same shorted condition. The first number refers to the upper right element. When a reset helps only for a while, that pattern is itself useful information for us.
It may work, but we suggest not relying on the oven until it is checked. It helps to note how long the code stays and whether it comes back at the same point.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
