The L462212 is a 46-inch pro hood liner from the earlier Pro Ventilation line, an earlier generation of the PL462212, made 2003–2007. Liners usually disappear into a finished enclosure, which puts the working parts behind trim and cabinetry, and tight clearances around the housing leave little room for sloppy work. Most of the wear we see on hoods of this kind starts with clogged filters and a dirty blower wheel; we would rather catch that early than wait for a blower that stops mid-dinner.
