Wolf TM15T/S Teppanyaki Repair
At only 4″ high, the TM15T/S is a slim Transitional teppanyaki module in the Integrated Module series, 15″ W x 21″ D, running on a 15 amp dedicated circuit with a 3-wire, 240/208 VAC, 50/60 Hz supply.
Teppanyaki cooking depends on an evenly heated plate. If the center stays cool or one end browns faster than the other, the element or its connection is the first suspect. We check the circuit and the supply before we touch the plate.
Because the profile is so low, we plan access before we begin. Our price is written before we start work, and our repairs are covered for 30 days.
We also look at how the module sits in its cut-out, since a plate that is slightly out of level can heat and cook unevenly. If you have noticed food sliding toward one end, mention it when you book, and we will check that along with the heating.
Often it traces to an element or a connection. We test both, tell you which it is, and quote the repair in writing before starting any work.
It is listed for a 15 amp dedicated circuit. If you are unsure about how yours is wired, we can check it as part of a visit.
At 4" it is a low unit, so access to parts underneath can be tight. We plan for that on arrival and explain what we need to remove.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
