Wolf MM15T/S Burner Module Repair
Think of the MM15T/S as a single powerful burner on its own 15-inch footprint, set into a separate cut-out next to a cooktop or another module. It has its own gas supply and its own knob, which makes it easy to service in isolation. Transitional trim finishes the top.
One burner and one valve keep the list of suspects short. If the knob turns and nothing changes, there is no second burner to confuse the picture. A flame that will not drop to a low setting points us toward the valve or the burner, while a burner that sparks without catching sends us to the gas path and the spark.
Because this module stands apart from the cooktop beside it, a problem on one does not mean a problem on the other. If you smell gas, leave the room and call your gas utility first. We write the price before any work and cover our repairs for 30 days.
In some ways, yes. With a single burner and valve, there is less to separate out. We still test ignition, gas flow, and the valve in turn, then quote the repair in writing.
Commonly the valve is not metering gas down, or the burner needs cleaning. We check both. The price is written and agreed before any parts are ordered.
Not entirely. The module has its own supply and controls, so a working cooktop says little about it. We test the module's own supply directly, then move on to its burner and valve before quoting.
