Wolf CSO27TM/S/TH 27-inch Steam Oven
The CSO27TM/S/TH was a 27-inch convection steam oven in the M Series Transitional style, finished in stainless with a tubular handle. It is no longer part of the current Wolf lineup, and the 27-inch size was made for a single year, 2014, so many of the ovens we see are well into their working life. Most sit in a tall cabinet run or a wall-oven stack that was cut around the 27-inch width.
Because the cavity is older, we start with the door gasket, the water connection and how evenly the cavity heats, then move to the controls. You get a written price before any work starts, and the repair carries our 30-day workmanship warranty. Parts for older ovens can take longer to source, and we tell you that up front so you can decide with the full picture.
We look at the water supply or reservoir, the steam path and how the cavity responds during a test cycle. A written price comes before any part is replaced.
The door seal is the first suspect, along with how the door closes against it. We inspect both and tell you whether a seal or an adjustment solves it on your convection steam oven.
Uneven heat can come from airflow, a sensing part or the heating elements. We test the cavity with the oven running and explain which part is behind it.
