If a Wolf CSO convection steam oven (24-inch or 30-inch series) shows E107, the oven is reporting operating system trouble caused by moisture sitting on the control board. Moisture is the stated reason, which makes the area around the seal, vent, and water tank the first places we examine. The code remains on the display, cycles end early, and the oven may start again only to stop a short time later.
1. Shut the oven down and wait for the cavity to cool. 2. Dry the door gasket, the frame, and the panel with a soft cloth. 3. Check the water tank for drips and refit it. 4. Cut power at the breaker for a minute before restoring it so the oven can reboot. 5. If the code returns, keep the oven off and call us.
It is possible, which is why we check the tank, hoses, and seal as part of the visit. We want to remove the source of the moisture, not only replace a board that may get wet again.
Depending on what we find, the board is dried and cleaned, or it is replaced. We explain which applies to your oven, and the written price covers parts and labor before we begin.
Frequent long steam cycles add moisture, but a properly sealed oven should handle them. If it did not, we find out why. Avoid running steam until the oven has been checked.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
