Your Wolf 24-inch E Series wall oven (SO24 or SO2450 family) shows E33 when the control marks the relay board as defective. The oven runs a self check on this board, and a failed check blocks heating. You will see E33 and probably a cold or stalled oven, even though the display and clock may still respond. Some owners notice the oven fan or lights still run while the heat does not.
1. Press Off and wait for the cavity to cool. 2. Flip the breaker off for one minute, then on again. 3. Set a short Bake to see if the code clears. 4. If E33 appears again, please call. Keep panels closed, because the relay board connects to supply power.
The display runs on low power, while the heating goes through the relay board. A failed board can leave the screen on and the heat off.
They are separate relay board codes. We read both as pointers and check the board directly. Please do not run the oven in the meantime.
We quote in writing once we know whether it is the board or a connection. Work is covered by our 30-day warranty. Parts and labor are listed so you can compare.
