Wolf 24-inch E Series wall ovens, such as the SO24TE/S/TH and SO2450TE/S/T, show E02 for another relay board problem tied to moisture or EMI influences. Like E01, it says the board has been disturbed by water or electromagnetic interference. You will see E02, and the oven may stop heating or switch itself off. Cooking can pause while the oven protects its electronics.
1. Shut the oven off and allow the inside to reach room temperature. 2. Check the area around and above the oven for drips, steam, or a newly added appliance. 3. Turn the breaker off for ten minutes and then on. 4. If E02 appears again, leave the oven unused and call us to inspect the board.
Both point to the relay board and the same kinds of influence, moisture or EMI. The code number differs, so we treat them as separate entries and check the board for either cause.
Keep steam and spills away from the oven cabinet, fix any leaks nearby, and avoid placing new electronics right next to it. We can advise during the visit.
Not always. If the board is only damp, drying and cleaning may restore it. If it is corroded, we replace it, and you see the written price first.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
