What COOL FAN means

On Wolf L Series legacy wall ovens with the Invensys control, such as the SO30F/S and DO36U/S family, COOL FAN appears when the cooling fan apparency switch reports a cooling fan failure. That can mean the fan is not working, the apparency switch itself has failed, or the fan apparency setting is wrong. The oven may stop heating and show the message.
