On Wolf M Series wall ovens, including the SO3050TM/S/T and DO3050PM/S/P, code B021 reports an error in the primary Off key circuit of the upper or single oven. It does not occur when Standby Mode is off. You will see B021, and the oven may not respond to the Off key or may stay in an unexpected state. Other keys and modes may still work as usual.
1. Press and release the Off key once and see whether the oven responds. 2. Check whether Standby Mode is on; if you do not need it, you can turn it off in settings as your manual describes, since B021 does not occur with it off. 3. Power the oven down at the breaker, pause for two minutes, and bring it back up. 4. If B021 returns, call us.
B021 does not occur when Standby Mode is off, so it is tied to that mode. Turning Standby off may keep the code away, but the Off key circuit still needs a check if it keeps returning.
That is one possible repair. We first check the wiring between the main control board and the panel, and replace the panel only if testing points to it.
It is the primary way to shut the oven down. If its circuit reports an error, the control wants a technician to confirm it will work when you need it.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
