On Wolf M Series wall ovens like the DO3050PM/S/P, code 7121 means the control is not getting a good signal from the upper oven's temperature selector knob. The lower oven version is 7122. The temperature you set may not register, the oven may not heat to the dial setting and the number appears on the display. The dial itself often looks normal.
1. Make sure the upper temperature knob moves smoothly and is not wedged against the trim. 2. Turn the oven off and switch its breaker off for two minutes. 3. Restore power and turn the knob slowly to a setting. 4. If 7121 returns, call us. Do not force or remove the knob.
7021 is about the mode selector knob, which picks the cooking function. 7121 is about the temperature selector knob, which sets how hot. Both are for the upper oven.
That is the same temperature knob message for the lower oven. If both show up, mention it when booking. Mention which cavity reported it when you call.
It may not heat accurately without a valid temperature input, so avoid relying on it for important cooking until it is checked. Please avoid heavy cooking until then.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
