For Wolf M Series wall ovens such as the SO30TM and DO30PM and the newer SO3050 models, code 1931 says the triac for the upper right convection fan is open. The control cannot switch that fan on through its triac output. You will see 1931 and the fan stays still during convection cooking, so heat may spread unevenly in the upper oven.
