On M Series Wolf ovens (the SO30TM and DO30PM families and the 2019 and later SO3050 line), code 0620 reports an auxiliary DLB that is shorted. It is the alternate number for 0630, so some ovens show one and some the other. The control finds the line-break path for the auxiliary circuit closed when it should be able to open it. You will see 0620 and the oven may restrict that function.
1. Cancel any cooking, and wait until the cavity is comfortable to be near. 2. Reset power at the breaker: off for a minute, then on. 3. If you want to test, start a short cycle and note whether 0620 reappears. 4. A repeat of 0620 means it is time for a technician, and we ask that you leave the back and controls closed.
It means the auxiliary DLB is shorted. The oven also knows this problem as 0630, so you may see either number depending on the model.
We advise against it. With a shorted line-break path the control may not be able to cut power reliably, so have the oven checked first.
Only a one-time glitch clears. If it returns on the next cycle, a technician has to test the circuit, and you approve a written price before repair.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
