Wolf MD30TE/S Drawer Fix
The MD30TE/S fits a 30-inch bay below the counter and is the tubular-handle version in Wolf’s E Series, the line known for traditional touch controls. People like it for the lowered height, which makes it easy to reach without bending over an oven door.
Wear shows up in the slide first. Spilled liquid, crumbs and years of cycles slow the drive, and a drawer that seats even slightly wrong keeps the sensor from confirming a close. Then the cycle simply will not begin. Our routine is to inspect the track, test the sensor, check the drive and finally measure the heating side. The price is stated in writing before any repair starts, and our work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Yes. A slow or noisy slide usually means the drive or its track is wearing. A quick service now is much smaller than a jammed drawer later.
The sensing system follows how far the drawer travels. If it stops short, even by a little, the control treats it as open. We find where the travel is falling short and correct it.
Both are 30-inch E Series drawers with the same working principle. The difference we know of is trim: the TE has tubular handles, the PE has pro handles.
