Wolf IG15/S Electric Grill Repair
The IG15/S is a 15-inch electric grill from the legacy Integrated Module series, produced from 2002 to 2016. It measures 15″ W x 6 1/4″ H x 21″ D and calls for a 20 amp dedicated circuit with a 3-wire, 240/208 VAC, 60 Hz supply.
That dedicated circuit is where we start when the grill goes cold. Before we open the unit, we confirm the breaker and the supply, because a tripped breaker looks just like a dead element. If power is present, the element and the control come next.
After a decade or more of use, grease buildup and worn connections account for much of what we see. You get a written price before any work, and our repairs are covered for 30 days.
Yes, that is the quickest check. The grill has its own 20 amp circuit, so a tripped breaker is easy to rule in or out. If it trips again after resetting, stop using it and call us.
Uneven heat usually comes from a weakening element or a poor connection. We test both, tell you which it is, and quote the repair in writing before doing any work.
Not necessarily. We check parts availability first and tell you plainly where things stand before you decide. If we proceed, the price is written and agreed beforehand, and our workmanship is covered for 30 days.
