On legacy Wolf integrated modules such as the IF15/S fryer and IS15/S steamer, LO is a low-level warning. On the steamer it means there is no water: the element power is shut down, the unit beeps and the TEMPERATURE LED flashes. On the fryer it points to no oil, sediment, or an RTD error. Owners see LO and the module stops heating.
1. Turn the module off and let it cool fully. 2. On the steamer, refill the water reservoir to the proper line and seat it firmly. 3. On the fryer, check oil level and strain out sediment once the oil is cold. 4. Restart. If LO returns with correct levels, call us. Never operate with LO showing.
There is no water. The element power shuts down, the unit beeps, and the TEMPERATURE LED flashes until the reservoir is refilled. We treat LO as the first lead, before any part gets ordered.
It points to no oil, sediment, or an RTD error. Check the oil level and clean the oil first, then call us if LO continues.
No. The module shuts the element down for protection. Turn it off, let it cool, and correct the level before using it again. Your LO display is the clue we begin with, so there are no surprises on the bill.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
