On Wolf convection steam ovens with knob control, such as the CSO24TE/S/TH, F0 groups together four error numbers: E09, a short circuit in the PT sensor; E10, a break or loose contact in the PT sensor, with too-high resistance; and E11 or E12, where the processor reports a processor problem or an invalid temperature. The oven may stop heating or steaming.
1. Power the oven down and let the cavity cool. 2. Cut power at the breaker briefly, then restore it. 3. Try a short bake and note whether F0 returns at once or after heating. 4. If it returns, call us and tell us any E09, E10, E11 or E12 numbers you can see.
It is the temperature sensor the oven uses to regulate heat. If it shorts or loses contact, the reading is wrong and the oven stops heating.
They are the detailed errors behind F0. If your oven shows one, pass it on, because it helps us arrive with the right parts with us.
We do not recommend it. A wrong temperature reading can lead to poor results or unsafe heat. If a sub-code is on the display, tell us what it says.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
