Wolf RT484DG Dual Griddle Repair
The RT484DG is a 48-inch legacy gas rangetop that sits in a counter cut-out, with a cabinet or a separate wall oven underneath it. Production ran 2002–2011, so most of these now have years of daily use behind them.
Grease collects around the dual griddle more than anywhere else on the top, so we clean and inspect that burner area as part of the work. The ignition parts live close to the heat and to spills, so they age faster than anything else on the top. Each burner here has its own spark module, electrode and valve micro-switch, so a single dead burner usually points to that burner’s own set.
We start with the simplest checks, cleaning and reseating burner parts, so you only pay for parts that are really needed. Our process is simple: a written price, your go-ahead, the repair, then 30 days of workmanship coverage.
If it lights and heats normally, you can, but stop at once if you notice gas odor or an odd flame. For anything unusual, turn the control off and schedule a visit so we can look.
We simply allow more time to inspect wiring, connectors and valves, since heat has had years to wear them. The price is still written before the work, and our workmanship is warranted for 30 days.
Yes. When a knob turns but the burner gets no gas, we check the valve behind it as well. The repair is priced in writing before we do anything, and carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
