Wolf RT364C Charbroiler Repair
On a 36-inch rangetop like the RT364C, the cabinet below usually holds drawers or storage rather than an oven, which gives us good access from underneath. Its 2002–2011 production window means the finish, knobs and seals may be worn as well as the working parts.
Since the charbroiler can fail alone, we light each open burner first and then move to that section to see where the problem really sits. Burner caps that sit slightly off center throw the flame pattern, and that alone can look like a bigger problem than it is. Each burner here has its own spark module, electrode and valve micro-switch, so a single dead burner usually points to that burner’s own set.
We begin with a flame check on every burner, noting color, height and how each one behaves from high to low. We quote the repair in writing first, and any work we do is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Heat can expose a weak ignition, control or gas path, and the section then drops out mid-cooking. We try to reproduce it on site, because a quick cold test may look perfect.
Our workmanship carries a 30-day warranty on the repair we complete. If the same problem returns within that time, call us and we will come back and look at it.
A knob that feels loose and gives no click often points at the valve side, while clicking without a flame points at ignition or the burner. We test both and explain the finding.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
