Wolf DO30CM/S Double Oven Service
The DO30CM/S goes in a wall or cabinet column as a 30-inch double-cavity oven with contemporary styling, handleless and faced in black glass. It is built around a seven-inch graphic touch display fed by a User Interface Panel board, with a Power Control Module relay board and an RTD cavity sensor behind it.
Aging rarely hurts the cavity itself; owners call us about a touch screen that has gone dark or stopped answering, a relay that clicks without heating, or a sensor that reads off. Watch for a slower preheat, an uneven bake, or a screen that lags or goes dark; any of these suggests the oven is due for a look. On the DO30CM/S, when one oven heats and the other does not, we start with the cavity that is acting up, since each has its own sensor and element.
Diagnosis opens with the RTD sensor reading, the relay board, the touch panel response and the four-digit problem log, and that can name the real cause. We put the price on paper first, and our work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Yes, in most cases. The cause tends to be the RTD cavity sensor or the relay board that switches the elements, and a measured test shows which. You get a written price first, and the finished repair carries our 30-day workmanship warranty.
A lit screen only proves the display has power. Heat depends on the relay board, the RTD cavity sensor and the elements, so we check each in turn rather than blaming the display or panel.
Yes. Our repairs come with a 30-day workmanship warranty, so if the work we did misbehaves in that window, we return and correct it. The price is put on paper before the job begins.
