Wolf CT30I/U Induction Cooktop Service
Wolf made the CT30I/U from 2008 to 2014 as the thirty-inch size in its CT induction line, and we usually see it in a tighter kitchen or beside a range where a wider top would not fit. It uses the same touch controls and zone sensing as the larger CT cooktop, just across a smaller surface.
After this many years the typical complaints are a touch panel that works unevenly and a zone that no longer accepts a pan it once did. These are different problems with different parts, so it helps to tell us exactly which one you have. Any code on the display, such as E02 through E05, E8, E9, E33, E53 or F7, is a useful starting point for us.
We test the pan, read the code and run each zone, then give you a written price before we start work. The repair carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Not always. An uneven panel often points at one worn area or its connection, so we test the panel zone by zone and say in writing whether a partial repair is possible.
It has fewer zones, but each zone has the same sensing and control hardware, so the points that can wear are the same for each zone.
Yes, in most cases. We check what the zone or panel needs and quote it in writing first, and we tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.
