Wolf CSO convection steam ovens such as the CSO24 and CSO30 series show E37 with F14 for a control issue and an open circuit in the control unit temperature sensor. The oven cannot read the temperature of its own control electronics, so it stops and displays the pair rather than risk running without a reading.
1. Turn the oven off and let it rest for ten minutes. 2. Reset the breaker for one minute and restore power. 3. If the display returns to normal, run a short test cycle. 4. If E37 / F14 reappears, stop and schedule service.
Both pair with F14 and name the control unit. E36 is a control board short, while E37 names an open circuit in the control unit temperature sensor.
It might clear a temporary reading problem. If it returns, the circuit likely has a real open condition.
We would stop using the oven until it is checked, since it cannot read its control temperature.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
