On Wolf L Series legacy wall ovens such as the SO30F/S and DO30U/S, FUSES WRONG means the controller's configuration settings are incorrect or its code protection is disabled. You will see the words on the display and the oven may refuse to work. Pressing OFF can clear it; if it comes back, the main controller has to be replaced. It has nothing to do with the fuses in your house.
1. Press OFF once and see whether the message clears. 2. If it clears, try a short bake. 3. If it returns, switch the breaker off for one minute and on. 4. If FUSES WRONG still shows, stop using the oven. 5. Call us. The main controller is replaced by a technician only.
On L Series legacy wall ovens it means the controller's configuration settings are wrong or its code protection is disabled. It does not refer to a house fuse.
Press OFF. If the message goes away and stays away, you can keep using the oven. If it returns, the main controller needs to be replaced.
The controller is a major part, so we always give a written price before work. We also back the repair with a 30-day workmanship warranty. We confirm the cause first.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
