On Wolf M Series wall ovens, including the DO30PM/S/PH, code 2E30 is the relay board reporting an error on its 12 VDC supply. Where 2D30 refers to the 13.5 volt supply, this one names the 12 volt supply inside the same board. The display shows 2E30 and the oven can lock out heating, fans, or both until the supply is restored.
1. Shut the oven off and allow the inside to reach room temperature. 2. Switch the oven breaker off, wait two minutes, then switch it on. 3. Try a simple Bake to see whether 2E30 clears. 4. If it persists, leave the oven off and call us. Opening the panels or probing wires is not safe.
Both name a relay board supply voltage. 2D30 refers to the 13.5 VDC supply and 2E30 to the 12 VDC supply. Each one tells us which part of the board to test first.
A separate cooktop is not involved, since the code concerns the oven relay board. But we recommend not running the oven while 2E30 shows, because the board that switches the loads is reporting trouble.
We measure the supply at the relay board, inspect the harness for loose pins, and compare against the other supplies. If the board has failed, we quote it in writing before we replace it.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
