On M Series Wolf ovens (the SO30TM and DO30PM families and the 2019 and later SO3050 line), code 0C20 reports that the lower right convection fan triac is shorted; it is the alternate for 0932. With the triac failed closed, the control has lost its ability to stop that fan on command. Owners see 0C20 and may notice the lower cavity fan running when it should be still, or heating that feels unbalanced.
1. Turn off the oven; do not open the door to speed things along. 2. Shut off the oven breaker for about a minute before turning it back on. 3. Try a short cycle to see if 0C20 comes back. 4. Persisting 0C20 is our cue; please keep the oven off until we arrive.
The triac that drives the lower right convection fan is shorted. The same problem also appears as 0932 on some ovens, so you may meet either number.
Yes. The lower right convection fan may run without control, which can wear the motor and disturb airflow and cooling. We recommend a check soon.
You can try one reset. A real short returns, and then we test it, quote in writing and repair only once you approve. Our technician starts from 0C20 on the screen, so you only pay for what is needed.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
