On Wolf M Series wall ovens, including the SO30TM and DO30PM lines and the 2019 and later SO3050 models, code 0A20 reports a shorted triac on the upper left convection fan, the alternate number for 0A31. The control uses that triac to start and stop the fan, and a short leaves the switch stuck on. You may see 0A20 and notice the upper left fan running without being asked, which can upset how evenly the oven heats.
1. Stop the cycle and let the oven rest until it is cool to the touch. 2. Turn the oven breaker off for one minute, then restore it. 3. Run a brief test cycle and watch the display for 0A20. 4. If the same code shows up, do not keep trying; phone us for a visit.
It reports that the upper left convection fan triac has shorted. Some ovens call this same condition 0A31, so either number can show up in your notes.
It may still heat, but the fan can run without control. We suggest limiting use until it is checked, mostly to protect the motor and keep cooling normal.
A breaker reset is the only safe try. If the code returns, it is a switching failure on the board, and we test and quote before touching anything.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
