Across the Wolf M Series wall oven range, from the SO30TM and DO30PM to the SO3050 models, code 0920 says the triac driving the upper right convection fan is shorted. It is the alternate number for 0931. A triac is the electronic switch for the fan motor, and a short means it cannot turn off properly. Owners may hear the fan running when the oven is idle, or find that heat control suffers.
1. Shut the oven off and leave it alone until the cavity has cooled. 2. Cycle the dedicated breaker, leaving it off for a full minute. 3. A short trial run will tell you whether 0920 was a one-time event. 4. Once 0920 returns, stop and call. Opening the oven or the control is not safe.
The triac that drives the upper right convection fan is shorted. The same problem also appears as 0931 on some ovens, so you may meet either number.
Yes. The upper right convection fan may run without control, which can wear the motor and disturb airflow and cooling. We recommend a check soon.
You can try one reset. A real short returns, and then we test it, quote in writing and repair only once you approve. Reading 0920 on the display gives us a starting point, and you decide after seeing the price.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
