What E81 means

On Wolf 24-inch E Series wall ovens such as the SO24 and SO2450, E81 means the relay has not been calibrated. The control needs relay calibration data to switch loads correctly, and without it the oven flags E81. It may follow a board replacement or a loss of stored data, and heating can be limited.
