What Error 07 x 15 means

On Wolf Legacy E Series wall ovens such as the DO30TE/S/TH, Error 07 x 15 reads Broil Relay Open. The control asks for broil heat and the broil relay does not close. Broiling is weak or missing, and the display holds the code until the circuit is checked. The cavity number takes the place of the x on the display.
