On Wolf Legacy E Series wall ovens like the SO30TE/S/TH, Error 07 x 13 means the inner bake relay is open. The control tells the relay to close, but the circuit does not complete, so the inner bake element gets no power. The oven heats poorly or not at all, and the code shows. That x is simply the cavity number, so a double unit shows which side is affected.
1. End the cycle and let the cavity cool completely. 2. Trip the breaker off, wait a minute, and then flip it back. 3. Run a short bake and see whether the cavity warms normally. 4. Should Error 07 x 13 come back, put the oven out of use and call us.
Error 07 x 0 is the same relay stuck shorted. Error 07 x 13 is the relay open, so the element gets no power. Opposite conditions, different repairs.
If the inner bake path has no power, the oven relies on other elements or does not heat at all, and the control reports the open relay.
Possibly not. The code names the relay, so we test it first and the element after, rather than ordering a part by guess. Our written price covers the whole job.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
