Error 07 0 29 on Wolf Legacy E Series wall ovens, including the DO30TE/S/TH, reports an HIV SPI communication error detected by the HV-Micro. The processor on the high-voltage side lost clean contact with the rest of the control. The oven may stop heating, and the code remains on the display. A literal 0 sits in the middle, so the message concerns the control as a whole.
1. Turn the oven off and wait 30 minutes. 2. Briefly cut the power at the panel, a minute is enough, and turn it on again. 3. Try a brief bake and watch the display. 4. Should Error 07 0 29 stay on the display, call us before using the oven again.
It is the label for the micro controller on the high-voltage side of the oven control. The code says that processor detected the communication error.
Same link, different witness. Error 07 0 28 is flagged by the RM control. When both appear over time, it supports a link problem rather than a single stray glitch.
We advise against it. If the control cannot confirm its safety checks, heating can stop at any time, and repeated resets do not fix a real board problem.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
