On Wolf Legacy E Series wall ovens such as the SO30TE/S/TH and DO30PE/S/PH, Error 13 0 0 is a UIM ambient overtemp error. The UIM, the user interface module behind the display, measured a temperature around itself that is above its limit. The oven stops heating to protect the electronics, and the display shows the code. The cavity temperature is not what this code measures, so cool the area behind the display.
1. Turn the oven off and let it cool for an hour or more. 2. Clear the vents and the space around the oven. 3. Check that the kitchen is not unusually hot. 4. Switch the breaker off for one minute and on again. 5. If Error 13 0 0 returns once cool, stop using the oven and call us.
The UIM measured an ambient temperature above its limit. In other words, the area around the display electronics is too hot. It protects the display electronics from heat and stops heating when needed.
12 0 0 is the relay module reading too hot. 13 0 0 is the user interface module reading too hot. They protect different parts of the control.
Often it does if the cause was heat or blocked airflow. If it returns when the oven is cool, book a visit. We give a written price first.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
