On Wolf WWD30 and WD30 warming drawers, PF means a power failure happened. The drawer lost supply for a moment, so it stopped heating. Press Power On/Off to reset it. The owner sees PF on the display and the drawer is cooling, so any food inside may have dropped below a safe holding temperature while the power was out. Nothing needs to be fixed after a normal outage.
1. Press Power On/Off to reset the display. 2. Check the kitchen has power and the drawer breaker is on. 3. Turn the drawer back on and set the temperature. 4. Check that food kept hot is still above safe temperature, or discard it. 5. If PF returns without an outage, call us.
No. It is a notice that power was lost. Press Power On/Off to reset it, then set the temperature again and let the drawer warm back up.
If power was off for a while, the food may have cooled below a safe holding temperature. Check it with a thermometer and discard it if in doubt about how long it sat.
If it repeats without any outage, the supply may be dipping or a connection is loose. Call us, and we give a written price before any work begins.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
