Wolf CSO convection steam ovens, including the CSO30 series, show E34 with F12 for a processor problem or an open circuit on the relay board. The oven can no longer switch its heating and steam functions reliably, so the display shows the pair and cooking stops until the condition is dealt with.
1. Turn the oven off at its breaker for one minute. 2. Restore power and check whether the display returns to normal. 3. Make sure the door is shut and the tank seated. 4. If E34 / F12 appears again, stop using the oven and schedule service. Do not remove any covers.
Both pair with F12 and name the processor. E33 adds moisture and a power unit sensor short, while E34 names an open circuit on the relay board.
It can clear a one-time glitch. If the code is back, the board or processor likely has a real condition.
