Wolf SRT484F French Top Repair
The SRT484F is a 48-inch sealed burner rangetop that sits in a counter cut-out, with a cabinet or a separate wall oven underneath it. Production ran 2006–present, so most of these now have years of daily use behind them.
The French top keeps its burner and control apart from the open burners, so a complaint there points us to that area first. The ignition parts live close to the heat and to spills, so they age faster than anything else on the top. With no oven below the top, the only parts that need diagnosis are the burners, ignition, valves and controls.
We start with the simplest checks, cleaning and reseating burner parts, so you only pay for parts that are really needed. We quote the repair in writing first, and any work we do is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Grease and spills collect around that section more than anywhere else, so cleaning and burner inspection come first. If a worn part turns up, we show you and put the price in writing before replacing it.
We simply allow more time to inspect wiring, connectors and valves, since heat has had years to wear them. The price is still written before the work, and our workmanship is warranted for 30 days.
Yes. When a knob turns but the burner gets no gas, we check the valve behind it as well. The repair is priced in writing before we do anything, and carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
