On Wolf CSO convection steam ovens such as the CSO24 and CSO30 series, E59 with U0 means overvoltage in the mains supply. The official causes also list a neutral conductor break in the house wiring and a mains calibration error. The oven sees an unsafe supply and shows the pair rather than operate.
1. Switch the oven off at the breaker. 2. Note whether lights or other appliances behave oddly. 3. Restore power once. 4. When E59 / U0 returns, keep the oven off and phone us.
Both pair with U0. E59 starts with mains overvoltage, while E57 also names the neutral terminal and L1 above 280 VAC.
A high supply is one possibility. If other appliances seem odd too, mention it to us and your electrician.
It is a listed cause, and it can be handled during a visit.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
