Wolf OG36 Gas Grill Service
The OG36 is the mid-width grill in Wolf’s two-burner outdoor line and tends to be dropped into an island or a long masonry base, with counter space on both sides. At 36 inches wide it leaves room for a side burner or a storage drawer next to it, though the layout is up to your kitchen.
Heat, rain and grease shape how it ages. The burner tubes carry the most scale, and the infrared rotisserie burner needs its own clean path to light. Our first stop is the igniter and the burner ports, followed by the valves and regulator. We then test the rotisserie motor under load, since a roast puts strain on it. A safe gas shutoff comes before every repair. We state the price in writing, and the work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
No. Each of the two main burners has its own ignition path, so one staying dark points to that burner's igniter, port or valve. We trace which one and quote the repair.
The motor may be worn, or the spit may be binding. We check the drive and the balance of the load before replacing the motor, so you pay only for what is needed.
No. Close the supply and call us. Gas odor can mean a loose fitting or valve, and we check connections and test for leaks before any other work.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
