The 24-inch and 30-inch Wolf CSO convection steam ovens use E112 to flag an operating system issue involving the relay board. The oven depends on the software on that board to switch heating and steam correctly, so errors there are not something owners can adjust. The oven may shut down in the middle of a cycle and show the code until power is cycled.
1. Power the oven down and leave it until the cavity has cooled off. 2. Flip the breaker off, count to sixty, and switch it on again and let the display restart. 3. Watch that the display lights up normally. 4. Try one short cycle without food. 5. If the code is back, stop and ring us, leaving everything closed.
Some codes in this family name the relay board and others the control board. Yours is listed for one of them, and we test the link between the two as well, since they work together.
A reset can clear the message once. If the cause is in the software or the board, it returns, and that is the point where you should stop and call.
We cannot name a number before inspecting the oven. Board prices vary, so we diagnose first, then give a written price for the repair and any parts before you decide.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
