On Wolf CSO convection steam ovens such as the CSO24 and CSO30 series, E50 with F10 lists moisture on the control unit, a room air fan that is not working, and a steam leak. You see the pair after steam cooking, since steam escaping toward the controls is exactly what the oven is warning about.
1. Turn the oven off and let it cool with the door open. 2. Wipe away any moisture around the control panel and door. 3. Check the door seal for visible gaps. 4. Listen for the cooling fan when the oven is next used. 5. Should E50 / F10 come back, call us.
Both pair with F10 and mention moisture on the control unit. E50 adds a room air fan and a steam leak.
You often hear a low hum while the oven is operating. If you hear nothing and the oven gets hot, tell us.
A worn seal can let steam out, so we inspect it while diagnosing.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
